While looking through this window these thoughts drifted in my mind .
I was doing a little research into the McFerran roots and put this song together !
This is a bitter sweet Hymn and probably my favorite, during the American civil war (1860-1865) both sides (many of these folk were our forefathers) were singing this hymn at camp revival meetings from the same hymn book, knowing they may well be in eternity in a few hours! very moving words and thought provoking, The female vocal is Dianna my second cousin … who left for Heaven some time ago and we just loved putting this hymn together !
